BACK TO SCHOOL: WEEK BEFORE

Long nights in city's center, big scoops of ice cream, no-clock time, "do whatever you want" time is over. Sadly, it is true. I really hope, that I will be able to enjoy these things in autumn, but I need to be open with you - I am a summer person. I love those crazy challenges and memories in this time and I hate the idea about school. So I need "to put" myself in rules again. I also think, that it is a good advice for everyone right now. Week before school - how you should to prepare for school?

 First of all - finish all your summer promises. Like seriously, in the end you'll be so sad, that you didn't do something so cool, that you planed. Go to the city at night or go just to another city, make some new friends, go to get some shopping. It is up to you. Just try to be happy about last hot summer days!
 
After you finish your summer buck list, make a new one, for a school year. You can still add some fun activities (for example, go to water park!), but make sure, that you'll have some good and high purposes too - try to learn new language, to read more books and etc. Have something, that you live for!
 
Back on track before school with healthy eating and exercising. You should feel good about yourself in first day at school and you should be prepare for all this stuff again. Try some new recipes, find a good sport club or sport classes - know, when you'll have time for a workout.

It is one of the hardest - organize your sleep time! Go to bed earlier, get up earlier - it could be a really big shock for your organism, if you wont do that! Make sure, that you sleep 7-9 hours a day at the same time and you'll be cool.
 
Meet all your school friends again. Well, maybe just besties - you can plan your first day at school activities (for example me, and my friends from old school will go to the restaurant) - it won't be as scary day as it is.
 
Plan some outfits, especially your September's 1st. You won't stress abou that and you won't need to think about these "important" things later - it will be much easier just to focus on other things, especially in morning, when you're always on a rush,
 
Find good after school activites - people, who have much to do are always more successful and I know lots of examples. Not be too busy - find some time for relax, but remember, that your life shouldn't be just about computer and school. There are more things out, trust me.
