PRODUCTIVE DAY MORNING ROUTINE

We all have those lazy days. Especially in summer (or another season) school breaks. You know what I'm talking about - eating a big bowl of ''Ben&Jerry'' ice cream, scrolling instagram, twitter, facebook and youtube, watching ''Pretty Little Liars'' while trying to guess, who is A. Of course, if you'll write good theory about A, you may be noticed by a lot of people. BUT. Is your Bucket List has this clause? Today I want to share with you some tips, how to make your day more productive. And our day starts from morning, right?

LEAVE A CLEAN ROOM WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO SLEEP

A lot of people say - clean room, clean minds. Five minutes before the bed time, clean your room and you won't need to do this on the mornings when you have other jobs to do. And your mood will be much better, you'll be more organized, I promise!

SLEEP AT LEAST 7 HOURS A DAY

You have to understand that this is important. This is the hard thing to do on summer, believe me, I know that, but if we talk about health, there are no BUTs. And if you're joining a lot of parties and don't have time for sleep, don't forget, that want to sleep in parties isn't the best idea. And I'm sure that you'll want. Also, it may can slow you organism and you can gain weight.

DO YOUR WORKOUT

You know what ''Nike'' says - Just Do It. Of course, if you're feeling bad or you can't workout in the mornings (I know some people, who actually loves to workout in the evenings) - it isn't an option, but hey, first of all you have to try this tactic. And if you're slim or just don't like to workout - try something more relaxing like walking or yoga - you'll still keep you energy levels high and won't feel tired.

EAT HEALTHY BREAKFAST

Plate of happiness will help you through all day. Seriously! Eat healthily in the mornings is much easier - you can be not afraid of carbs and fruits (natural sugar). So no more excuses! Create it colourful, delicious and instagram worth it!

WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO THROUGH THE DAY

And if we would talk again, about that summer bucket list... Learn Spanish, read a book for school - where are all your promises now? Also, we can't forget about all free events, friend's meetings... to keep a journal on summer - very good idea, if you want to be productive and you don't want to waste all your summer days by watching "Gossip Girl" seasons all over again!
