SUMMER "TO DO EVERYDAY" LIST

I feel so good - summer it's here! No more school, no more homework (OK, I have those. I have to read 17 books, but I think that I'll read them during school days) and lots of free time! I think I sound so banal right now but whatever. I've just missed hot days, bare feet, lakes and seas, sleepovers and a feeling, which yells to me that I can do whatever I want.

But you know, I still need to have my routine (for example - sport. I still need and want to do that) and some promises for myself. So here they are.


HEALTH&FITNESS

  • Drink at least 2 litres of water a day. It isn't hard for me, but sometimes I forget to do that!
  • Create some healthy recipes.
  • I have two books about sport that I really want to read (and in school days I don't have time for that) - one is about meditation and the other one is about running.
  • Sport 3-4 times a week (at least one time should be the cardio).
  • Eat as many fruit and vegetables as I can.
  • Try out meditation.
  • Sometimes get up really early (like 5 am) and take a morning walk (or run).
  • Be outside.
BRAINY PROMISES
  • Read books (at least 5)!
  • To read one book in English (I think it'll be "Fangirl").
  • Write as usually as I can.
  • Watch movies in English.
  • Read something about occupations, universities and volunteering - I need to know what I'll want to be in the future.

OTHER
  • Explore new places (in my town, in my country, in other countries).
  • Watch some interesting movies (at least one time a week).
  • Create some cool accessories.
  • To do some diy's for my room and for my school essentials.
  • Watch movies - I have a film list and I want to find some time to watch them.

So here it is. My first post here. And I'm very excited to write more! Shareing one of my fave songs in my music playlist and saying goodnight for tonight.
